Loans for Permanent Resident Aliens

Loans are currently available for people who are classified as Permanent Resident Aliens. Lenders will accept alternate documentation if traditional credit tradelines arent available.

All mortgage products available to U. S. citizens are also available to Permanent Resident Aliens. They include Full Doc loan, Stated Income mortgage, No Doc loan, No Income Disclosure home loan, No Down Payment mortgage, Bad Credit home loan, and Home Equity Loan. Many Permanent Resident Aliens, or "Greencard" residents, use these programs to finance their single family residence, co-ops and condominiums.
